TCAPP survey for stakeholder committee

the Rogue Valley Council of Governments (RVCOG) is planning to use the TCAPP survey tool to aid its newly formed stakeholder committee. RVCOG is conducting a pilot project under the SHRP2 C21 program.

we plan to have our stakeholders take the survey during early August and then again in December of 2011. Survey results from August will help us make sure the committee members are recieving the information and support they need to build trust, be empowered, and feel that they are contributing members to the group. the December survey results will tell us how we did over the four month period.

I would apprecaite any advice from group that have used the TCAPP survey for a similar exercise.

I recently talked with Shannon Cox of ICF and she provided several good pieces of advice. She also mentioned other folks are currently working on survey efforts and I should check in with them.
