Description: Air Quality conformity analysis is done within the air quality process in order to validate that the preferred scenario meets current conformity requirements. The MPO Board must adopt a Finding of Conformity to meet federal requirements.
There is information developed in prior key decisions that informs this step.
To adopt the Conformity Analysis which meets current conformity requirements. The result of this analysis is presented to the MPO policy board.
